Uness otherwise agreed upon, check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, Check-out is until 11:00.
If you need early check-in or late check-out, you will need to contact us and arrange it in advance depending on the availability.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, an additional fee of 50 € per hour for full house bookings and 20 € per hour for the room booking will be applied.
If you wish to exceed the maximum allowed occupancy for Rooms/House please contact us for confirmation. For extra guests, even not staying overnight, an additional cleaning fee of 20 € per person will be charged.
Bed linen and towel are provided per guest. If you stay for more than three nights, free replacement will be provided. If you need additional linen and towel, the following fee will be applied unless otherwise agreed.

No washing required: you do not need to clean the linens after event. Professional laundering is completely covered in the price.
Accidental damage: minor food and wine stains are expected and covered by Pinecrest Villa. However, permanent damage, such as burns, scissor cuts, or heavy candle wax ruins, will include a replacement fee of 25 € per small/round cloth, 40 € perlarge one.
For any damage caused by the guest to the property, the guest is due to cover the cost of damage to Pinecrest Villa. We might require a third party to make estimation of damage cost evaluation and to conduct the repairing work that will be charged to guests accordingly.
The pool is for private use. If guests would like to use it, they must do so at their own responsibility. Please keep the pool area in its original condition. The cleaning service fee does not include the cleaning of the pool.
If the pool requires vacuum or change of water, there will be an extra charge (pool vacuuming 200 €, change of the water 1 000 €).
Based on the request, continental breakfast can be provided for 15 € per person (free for kids 12-year-old or under, minimum one breakfast).
