Pinecrest Villa has plenty of parking spaces (10+ cars). There is a large pier with water depth up to 2.5m if guests wish to arrive via boat.
Explore our spa area, we have a large sauna attached to a shower area with 3 showers. The spa area also features a bar area with a minifridge. There is easy access to the ocean for guests who wish to go swimming alongside using the sauna.
We have a variety of spots outside for sitting down and lounging outside. We also have dart board and some summer outside games like Mölkky.
The downstairs living room features a billiards table, and a connected sunroom. The biliards table can be converted into a large dining table or conference table if required.
Pinecrest Villa features a full kitchen including coffee maker, espresso machine, rice cooker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, oven, and dishwashing machine. We also have a walk-in fridge with plenty of space.
In the dining room and living room, we can set up 8 +16 seats. In the summer months, the barbeque pergolas can seat 26 people. We have a full set of Iittala Mainio tableware 10 people. If you require tableware for more than 10 people, we can provide a second set.
For fine dining settings, we also offer a nicer set of tableware and tablecloth for rental.
For guests in need of a professional setting, we offer a conference style table arrangement. There is a TV available with HDMI cable as well as a whiteboard for presentations.
