Pinecrest Villa is a two-floor building.
The second floor has two large bedrooms. Both have a spacious private bathroom with shower, a balcony with a sea and garden view. A walk-in closet is next to the bedrooms. Living, dining rooms, and kitchen on the same floor are for private use. The warm and cozy tower room is located on the top floor, with a 360-degree view to the surrounding area, and a small balcony is the highlight of the villa.
The first floor includes two bedrooms. A large lounge room with a billiard table is in the center and is directly connected to the sunroom. The spa area includes a huge sauna, fireplace, and bar area with a minifridge.
This is considered our master bedroom with an en suite spacious bathroom and a small balcony. The balcony offers a gorgeous view to the ocean and garden. It has a double bed that is not separable (180cm).
Explore the Pine Room
This is considered as the second master bedroom with own bathroom and walk-in closet, (both on corridor) and a small balcony. The balcony offers a gorgeous view to the ocean and garden. The bedroom has two twin beds (90cm) and they can be arranged into a double bed. This room also has a sofa bed (70cm - 140cm).
Explore the Spruce Room
This room features two twin beds (80cm) as well as one sofa bed (120cm). The bathroom is shared with the Lily of the Valley Room and is located on the corridor. The showers are found at the nearby spa area.
Explore the Birch Room
This is a small and cozy multifunctional room that can be converted into a bedroom with a sofa bed (120cm). The bathroom and toilet are located outside the room, not far from the same floor, shared with the Birch room. Accommodation only available in addition to other rooms.
Explore the Lily of the Valley Room
Idyllic tower room with a princess balcony. The panoramic view from windows is almost 360 degrees. The access is through deep stairs requiring flexibility and a brave mindset to get up here. If needed it is possible to setup one bed (90cm) and two sofa beds (80cm) in the tower room, however there are no curtains. Accommodation only available when renting whole house.
